1. Operator

These Terms are issued by AutoPing, operating from France.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AutoPing. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy the minimum age and legal capacity requirements applicable to your use of Discord and the service.

3. Scope of Service

AutoPing provides Discord-related automation tools, including but not limited to Ping On Join, Role Ping, dashboard configuration tools, and optional Premium subscription features. The service may be modified, updated, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AutoPing in any manner that is unlawful, abusive, malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or in violation of Discord’s rules, policies, or platform requirements.

You further agree not to use the service to disrupt infrastructure, evade platform safeguards, overload the service, or engage in harmful or unauthorized activity against servers, users, or third parties.

5. Accounts and Access

Access to dashboard and billing features may require authentication through Discord. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or connected server access, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Premium Billing and Refunds

Premium subscriptions are processed through the website and related billing systems. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the website when logged in.

Refunds are permitted. Users may request or initiate refunds through the website where that functionality is made available.

7. Service Availability

AutoPing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While AutoPing aims for high reliability and continuity, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and absolute uptime are not guaranteed.

8. Suspension and Termination

AutoPing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, including where abuse, malicious conduct, policy violations, operational risk, fraud, or misuse is suspected or detected.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the AutoPing Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that certain operational, account, and billing data may be processed as described in that policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoPing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, goodwill, or service availability arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

AutoPing may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
