For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, AutoPing is the operator of the service. AutoPing operates from France.

2. Age Requirement

AutoPing is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the service and to Discord.

AutoPing collects and stores only the information reasonably necessary to operate the service, authenticate users, process billing, and provide support.

• Discord user IDs
• Discord guild IDs
• Guild names
• Guild member counts
• Commands executed by users through the service
• Billing and subscription references necessary to manage Premium subscriptions
• Server configuration and operational settings required for AutoPing features

4. Cookies and Session Data

AutoPing uses cookies and session-related data where necessary to provide login, account authentication, Discord OAuth flows, and account session continuity. These cookies are used for functional and security purposes, including keeping users signed in and protecting authentication state.

AutoPing also uses analytics technologies, including Google Analytics and PostHog, to understand website usage, measure performance, and improve the product experience. These tools may use cookies or similar browser storage to recognize sessions, distinguish visits, and measure interactions on the site and dashboard.

5. How We Use Information

AutoPing uses collected information strictly for legitimate service operations, including:

• authenticating users through Discord;
• displaying and managing server settings in the dashboard;
• processing and managing Premium subscriptions and refunds;
• operating core bot features such as Ping On Join, Role Ping, and related automation;
• maintaining service integrity, safety, rate-limit handling, and abuse prevention;
• measuring site traffic, product usage, and feature engagement through analytics tools;

6. Data Sharing

AutoPing does not sell personal data. AutoPing does not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

However, the service necessarily relies on infrastructure and platform providers required to operate the product, including Discord for authentication and service functionality, Stripe for billing and refund management where applicable, and analytics providers such as Google Analytics and PostHog for product and traffic measurement.

7. Data Retention

AutoPing retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account and guild functionality, meet billing and operational needs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce service terms.

8. Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of relevant data by joining the official AutoPing support server and submitting a deletion request there. AutoPing will review such requests and remove information where appropriate, subject to operational, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal retention requirements.

9. Security

AutoPing takes reasonable measures to protect service data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and AutoPing cannot warrant absolute security.

10. International Use

Because Discord, payment processors, and hosting providers may operate in multiple jurisdictions, information may be processed in countries other than the user’s own country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

AutoPing may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
